The key elements that led us to win this award focused on the excellent quality offered throughout the year regarding:
  • The quality of services, with a points score of 960/1000
  • The cleanliness of all areas, with a points score of 975/1000
In all the interviews carried out (over 1,000), the public areas (reception, hall, corridors, doors, roof, meeting rooms, pavements, lifts, games rooms, car parks, kitchen and restaurant) were considered to be in excellent condition and spotlessly clean.
Inspection of the rooms also gave excellent results, highlighting the optimum quality of cleanliness, services and facilities.
The outcome of the survey led to 100% positive results with regards to the state of en-suite bathrooms and their relative cleanliness.
The final comment of the commission that decided the award was as follows:

“It is an excellent hotel, a top-quality facility that is extremely clean and tastefully furnished, with attention paid to every detail, in line with top quality standards in terms of cleanliness and the facilities offered to guests.
